Our theoretical orientation
We have a firm grounding in psychoanalysis and a deep knowledge of attachment theory.
The founder of Attachment Theory, John Bowlby, together with his colleagues, researched the effects of the quality of our early relationships on adult life. He noticed that insecure or disturbed attachments in childhood frequently lead to problems and deficits in self-esteem, emotional stability, intimate relationships and capacity to make achievements in later life.
