One of us will contact you in confidence and offer you an initial assessment consultation. This assessment session is intended to determine the most suitable therapist and type of therapy for you, talking into account where you live, your daily commitments, and of course, the particular mix of your problems.

Once you know who is the recommended therapist, you contact that person and arrange a mutually convenient meeting time.

You then usually see the therapist one or more times a week. The cost of individual sessions is a subject of conversation between patient and therapist. In London, the individual session fee ranges between £40 and £60.
